1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OpenClawBotHosting, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
OpenClawBotHosting provides managed deployment and hosting of OpenClaw AI chatbot software on infrastructure you provide (BYOS model). We handle installation, configuration, updates, and monitoring of your OpenClaw deployment.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your server infrastructure, providing valid API credentials for AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) and messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Discord, Slack), and ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and platform terms of service.
4. Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Service Level
We aim for 99.9% uptime on our management platform. Uptime of your OpenClaw deployment depends on your underlying server infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages caused by your cloud provider, network issues, or AI API provider downtime.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OpenClawBotHosting for illegal activity, spam, harassment, distribution of malware, or any use that violates the terms of connected messaging platforms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data, configurations, and custom prompts. OpenClaw is open-source software. OpenClawBotHosting retains rights to our proprietary deployment tooling and management platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
OpenClawBotHosting liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
