1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use OpenClawBotHosting, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, billing details, and server credentials needed to deploy OpenClaw on your infrastructure.

We also collect usage data such as deployment logs, API call metadata, and platform connection status. This data helps us maintain service reliability and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate and improve the OpenClawBotHosting service, process payments, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.

3. BYOS Data Handling

With Bring Your Own Server (BYOS) hosting, your conversation data and AI interactions remain on your infrastructure. OpenClawBotHosting does not store, access, or process the content of messages handled by your OpenClaw deployment unless you explicitly request support assistance.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processing via Stripe, infrastructure monitoring), and when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period after cancellation to handle billing disputes or legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. Server credentials are encrypted at rest and only used for authorized deployment operations.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For GDPR requests or privacy concerns, contact us at support@openclawbothosting.com.
